This workshop is built for product managers, tech leads, and analysts who must evaluate an existing system without rewriting it. Participants practise scoping a stack, reading architecture signals, and separating evidence from opinion.
Day one covers inventory methods, dependency mapping, and interview prompts for engineers. Day two applies the same methods to a sample product brief, ending with a written analysis note and a short peer review.
