Privacy notice

Data we collect

From the contact form we receive the name, email, organisation (optional), programme interest, and message you submit. Server or hosting logs may record technical connection data such as IP address and timestamp. Cookie preference is stored locally in your browser under a brand-prefixed key when you accept or reject cookies.

Purposes

We use enquiry data to reply, schedule training, and keep records of confirmed programmes. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Legal basis

Processing of enquiry data is based on steps toward a contract at your request and on our legitimate interest in operating a training practice. Cookie preference storage follows your choice.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 12 months. Confirmed booking correspondence is retained as needed for accounting and programme history, typically up to five years unless a longer period is required by law.

Recipients

Data may be processed by email and hosting providers acting on our instructions. Facilitators assigned to your programme may see names and organisational context necessary to deliver training.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable under Vietnamese personal data rules. Contact learn@siteribbonhub.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

International transfers

If a hosting or email provider stores data outside Vietnam, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards with that provider.
